Pilates is the method to help accelerate the process of stretching, strengthening, body alignment and increased core strength. If practiced consistently, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.

"I have been really enjoying Core Town Pilates. The studio itself is pleasing to the eye and clean. The equipment is state of the art Pilates equipment. I love the diversity of her classes. Everyday we use different equipment in a multitude of ways. She has smaller weights she incorporates, bands, bocce balls, etc. Jody is a very hands on instructor which I like. She will correct body mechanics to make sure you are utilizing the correct muscles and getting the most out of your workout. She fun, enthusiastic, and genuinely cares about your fitness level.
